Terms of Service
Effective date: October 17, 2026
By using APKPad.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The terms are deliberately plain: APKPad publishes educational guides about Android automation, and using those guides remains your responsibility.
Educational Purpose
Everything on APKPad — tutorials, macro designs, ADB command references, troubleshooting checklists — is provided for educational and informational purposes. Automation behaviour varies substantially between Android versions, OEM skins (One UI, MIUI/HyperOS, ColorOS, and others), device hardware, and MacroDroid versions. A procedure that works on the devices we tested may behave differently, or not at all, on yours.
No Warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We work to keep guides accurate and re-test after major software releases, but we do not warrant that any guide is complete, current, or suitable for your device, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You are responsible for your own device. Before applying system-level changes — including ADB permission grants such as WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS, accessibility or device admin activation, and modifications to secure settings — you should understand what the change does, back up your data and your macro files, and confirm the change is reversible. APKPad is not liable for data loss, missed alarms or messages, battery drain, account actions taken by automated macros you configure, or any other consequence of following a guide.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use APKPad content to:
- Send bulk, unsolicited, or deceptive messages, or automate spam, harassment, stalking, or impersonation.
- Automate interactions with any app or service in a way that violates that service’s terms of service.
- Interfere with, monitor, or control a device or account that is not your own, or without its owner’s consent.
- Attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or misrepresent our content as your own work.
Automation guides on this site are written for your own device, your own accounts, and your own contacts. Where a technique could be misused, we describe the legitimate use and its limits.
Intellectual Property
The text, structure, and original graphics on APKPad are our intellectual property and may not be republished wholesale without permission; brief quotations with a link back are welcome. MacroDroid is a registered trademark of ArloSoft. Android is a trademark of Google LLC. Other product names, app names, and logos mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is nominative — it identifies the products our guides are about — and implies no affiliation or endorsement. APKPad is an independent fansite and is not affiliated with ArloSoft.
External Links
Our guides link to external resources, including official app listings on the Google Play Store, vendor documentation, and community forums. We do not control external sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. APKPad does not host, distribute, or modify APK files; download links we publish point to official listings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APKPad and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page with its effective date, and continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APKPad and its operators from claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from automations you create or configure, from your use of the site’s content, or from your violation of these terms or of any third party’s rights. This includes claims arising from messages or actions sent by macros running on your devices, which operate under your configuration and your accounts at all times.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
